Deadline for returning orders
15 calendar days from the arrival of the delivery day.
What is the return process?
From the moment the order arrives, the customer has 15 days to return it.
They must send an email to piso@itspiso.com explaining the incident. All packaging must be placed inside the box and must be sent with the original box and all its labels.
The customer must send the package by post, being responsible for the shipping costs.
Free returns are only possible by delivering the package to the PISO studio at C/Aragón 224, 3-1, 08011, Barcelona.
Can all items be returned?
Yes, if they are in the same condition in which they were delivered.
How size changes work

Same as size changes.
